Purpose

We use this data to operate the journal: to manage your account, process submissions, communicate with you about your submissions (including editorial and peer-review updates), and publish accepted work. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on our servers (or those of our hosting provider). We retain account and submission data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to comply with legal and archival obligations.
